The Management and Staff of NCRA Congratulates their Director-General on his International Recognition.

The Management and Staff of the National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA) Congratulates the Director-General Mr. Mohamed Mubashir Massaquoi on his election as the Regional Vice Chairman of the Bureau of Civil Registration, Vital Statistics & Identity Management at the NCRA Headquarters in Freetown.

This congratulatory event was accompanied by a presentation of a plaque as a gift in gratitude of his outstanding leadership exhibited at the highest international scene of the Fifth Conference of African Ministers Responsible for Civil Registration in Lusaka, Zambia.

The presentation was done by the Director of Policy and Planning – Mr.Aiah Lebbie Sosokoenneh on behalf of the entire management and staff of the Authority.
