The European Union in Sierra Leone is providing support to the National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA) to help maintain a permanent, continuous, decentralised and universal registration of vital events (such as birth, marriage, death) across the country, accessible to households and individuals. As part of this process, UNOPS Sierra Leone is seeking contractors that can participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Design and Build of Primary Data Centre for the National Civil Registration Authority to be implemented in Freetown, Sierra Leone as a part of an EU funded project.
